faq + tos !!

q: hardware you use for drawing?
a: i mainly just use my google pixel phone (finger artist here), but i also have an xp pen artist 15.6 pro i'm trying to use more.q: software you use for drawing?
a: i use ibis paint x premium.q: can i repost/use your artwork?
a: personal use of my work is completely fine with credit. please contact me about reposting my work.q: can i draw / edit / make fan work of your characters
a: make any content of my characters and my life is yours (please @ / message me if you do so i can see it!!).q: do you do requests / trades / collabs?
a: requests are fine but no promises i'll get to them, trades depend on my current work queue but feel free to ask, i prefer doing collabs with friends / mutuals only.have any other questions? contact me!!COMMISSION TOS- tat (turn around time) depends heavily on my mental health, motivation, and queue. each piece takes around 1-3 weeks usually, but the more general scope is from 1 day to 1 month. if it takes longer i will let you know.

- there are no refunds past the sketching phase unless i am unable to finish or it is discussed otherwise. (if you only bought a sketch, then there is no refund period unless i haven't started, or, like previously mentioned, i am unable to finish or it is discussed otherwise.)
- i'm fine with any payment plan, just note if payment isn't completed before i start i will only send watermarked + low quality photos of the commission until the complete payment is done! this is just so i don't get scammed :P
- you can use the art as your profile picture with or without credit. anything else i'd like credit. you are allowed to use my designs for physical stuff (such as keychains, stickers, prints...) as long as it is personal use only.
- please let me know any edits you want for the line art during the sketching phase (my sketches are very clean, so i usually clean up the sketch and then colour during the same session), and any edits to the colour during the colouring phase. there are definitely some exceptions to this so feel free to ask ^^
- commissions are personal use ONLY unless discussed otherwise! commercial use will cost extra.
- i may use commissions in my art portfolio or as art examples, if you do not want that you must let me know!
- you may not use my art in AI or NFT content.
